Expressing loneliness is complex and stigmatized, and it can involve multiple emotions that cloud our understanding. However, the craving for meaningful connections is universal. We understand the language of loneliness and respond in the language of compassion, & hope. Taking the first step and reaching out to us may be life-changing. 1. Joining the Mindful Family

We receive 1000s of applications monthly, but only 1% of those make it. After careful screening, getting to know the candidates, and assessing their character strengths, we choose the individuals who align with our values. Before taking on the role of a Compassionate Buddy, candidates invest significant time in our trainings and certifications, which are essential for their eligibility.

2. A Compassionate Listener

At Mindful Souls, every learner undergoes a rigorous 9 days Fundamental compassionate training program. They unlearn and relearn the profound dimensions of compassion and its associated values, such as empathy, gratitude, sensitivity*, hope, joy, and belonging. Following the training, they undergo assessments and certification before progressing to the next phase of their journey.

3. A Friend

Our Compassionate Buddies become your trusted companions, offering a listening ear for your stories, sharing your grief, laughter, and worries without judgment or insecurity. They are your confidants throughout your journey, providing unwavering support and understanding. *Part of their training focuses on staying non-judgmental and creating a space of solace that encourages meaningful conversations.

4. A Mindful Guide

After completing the comprehensive compassionate training and earning certification based on assessments, our Compassionate Buddies delve into the fundamentals of mindfulness. This phase equips them with a deep understanding and practice of awareness, focus, and consciousness, contemplation* It encompasses profound concepts like Mindful Speech, Body-fulness, Thoughtfulness, Right Action, and Concentration. These skills enable them to help you manage overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and actions.

5. A Mindfulness Teacher

Our trained Mindfulness and Meditation teachers understand what works best for you and guide you accordingly. They provide personalised exclusive* guidance and techniques that cater to your unique needs, ensuring a more effective and tailored Mindfulness* experience.

6. A Vipassana Teacher

Vipassana, an ancient meditation practice, goes even deeper than mindfulness. It involves paying profound attention to the self, thoughts, and emotions, allowing for a more inward and focused awareness. Requisite to practicing Vipassana is having a strong foundation in mindfulness. This practice demands commitment and follows a structured schedule, but the power it holds to transform your inner world is immense. All of the Compassionate Buddies go through this 10 days life transforming discourse and are ready to teach exclusively to you.

Journey to Self Wisdom and Belonging
Embark on a transformative 5-day journey with Svajna, a fundamental program drawing wisdom from ancient Eastern philosophies for self-discovery and wisdom. Guided sessions, rooted in contemplation and self-inquiry, gently unveil the layers of the mind each day. Through Svajna, practitioners cultivate a deeper sense of belonging, self-identity, and discover profound personal meaning. Experience Svajna in person at one of our solace spaces, where the program unfolds in a nurturing environment crafted for your immersive journey.
